The Piggy Bank that is Retirement

Initially, the GOP tax plan contained language that would reduce the amount Americans would be allowed contribute to the widely popular tax-deferred retirement plan called the “401(k).” After President Trump voiced alarmed concern at the move, which would disproportionately affected the middle class, the provision seemed to be dead; however, Rep. Kevin Brady who is spearheading the tax plan in the House said the provision is still on the negotiating table. Will the GOP’s final tax bill make changes to 401(k) retirement plans?
